LEGAL DISCLOSURE & DEFINITIONS This website, QDF Online, is a trading name of the Proprietor, T. Vigorito. The Investor, Tim Jay Smith, is legally liable as the Proprietor, hereafter collectively referred to as “The Principals”. Both parties operate as joint sole traders with equal share responsibility and are jointly and severally liable for the business.

DATA PRIVACY

Your data is used solely to fulfil your order.
We share necessary contact details (Name, Address, Phone) with our third-party suppliers and couriers to facilitate delivery.

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT & CONTRACT FORMATION

The business operations are legally responsible and directed by The Principals. While the business’s operations are executed in collaboration with a Professional Developer, the Developer holds no legal authority to bind the business. All purchase contracts for goods are formed exclusively between the Customer and The Principals.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE & STOCK AVAILABILITY

Contract Formation: A legally binding contract is only formed when The Principals send you a Dispatch Confirmation email.
Supplier Fulfilment: We operate as a retail agent for various suppliers via a direct-dispatch (dropship) model. All orders are subject to final stock verification by our suppliers.
Right to Cancel: In the event that a supplier is unable to fulfil an order after it has been placed, The Principals reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, our sole liability is to provide a full refund of the purchase price.

ADDITIONAL CHECKOUT REQUIREMENTS

The Checkout Disclaimer: “By placing an order, I confirm that I have checked the dimensions for access and I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping (£50-£150) if I change my mind”.
The “Accept” Box: “I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions”.

PRICING & TAXATION

VAT: We are not currently registered for VAT. The price displayed is the total price payable.
Errors: In the event of a pricing error, The Principals reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund prior to dispatch.

DELIVERY & ACCESS

Estimates: Delivery times are estimates provided by our suppliers. The Principals are not liable for any secondary costs (e.g., loss of wages) due to delivery delays.
Fit for Purpose: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item fits through doorways. If a delivery fails due to access, a restocking/transport fee (£40 – £80) will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS (CHANGE OF MIND)

Condition: Items must be unassembled, unused, and in their original, unopened packaging.
The Assembly Rule: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been partially or fully assembled. Once assembly has commenced, the item is non-returnable.
Return Costs: The customer is responsible for the full cost of returning large furniture items. If we arrange collection, the fee (£50-£150) will be deducted from your refund.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS

24-Hour Inspection Rule: Any transit damage or manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Evidence Required: We require photographic evidence of the damage AND the condition of the external packaging.
Resolution: The Principals will provide replacement parts, a repair, or a full exchange for faulty goods. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect assembly or mishandling after the 24-hour window.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Domestic Use: Our products are sold for domestic use only.
Maximum Liability: The Principals’ total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods.
